1. Basic requirements
- Titles, categories, prices, stock, descriptions and after-sales commitments must be accurate and match what is actually delivered.
- Conditions such as the after-sales period, usage limits and minimum order quantity must be stated clearly on the product page.
2. Prohibited products and services
- unlawfully obtained or stolen accounts, personal data and other information;
- content that infringes intellectual property or other rights;
- tools and services intended mainly for fraud, harassment, spam or other unlawful purposes;
- any other products or services whose sale is prohibited by law.
3. Accurate information and contact-information limits
- Product titles, descriptions, images, stock and delivery content must not contain your own contact information or off-platform referrals; see section 3 of Seller Onboarding & Operations for the full scope.
- Product accounts, login emails, verification codes and official platform URLs needed for delivery are part of the product, but must not include seller contact information or advertising.
4. Pricing, promotions and fair competition
Allowed
- Low prices, discounts, wholesale prices and limited-time promotions that are genuinely in stock, honestly priced and have clear conditions.
- A price below other sellers or the platform average is not a violation in itself.
Prohibited
- low prices used to attract buyers when there is no stock or the order cannot be fulfilled;
- fake or placeholder prices, for example an extremely low price for an item that is not really for sale, or asking for more money after the order;
- hiding minimum quantities, extra charges or price increases;
- attracting buyers with a low price and then asking them to buy something else or to trade off the platform;
- duplicate listings of the same product to take up space;
- fake orders, fake reviews or fabricated sales;
- maliciously disparaging, attacking or filing malicious complaints against other sellers.
5. How violations are assessed and handled
- The platform considers stock and delivery records, actual transaction prices, fulfilment and after-sales records and on-site communication evidence together; a price alone is never treated as a violation.
- Measures include requiring corrections, removing listings, restricting publishing, holding related income pending review, and store measures under Seller Onboarding & Operations. Sellers can request a review.
6. Stock and delivery content
- Uploaded stock must be deliverable; selling the same item to more than one buyer is prohibited.
- Automatic and manual delivery content may only contain the product's delivery information and necessary usage instructions, with no advertising or contact information.
