1. Onboarding and eligibility

  1. You become a seller after submitting an application and being approved by the platform.
  2. Sellers must pay a deposit; the amount is as shown on the application page and seller settings page. Until it is paid in full, only some seller center features are available.

2. One store per seller

  1. Each seller may operate only one store.
  2. You must not open additional stores using several of your own accounts, related accounts (for example under the same controlling person, or sharing devices, funds or payout addresses), or another person's identity or account that you borrowed or bought, and you must not use such means to evade restrictions, penalties or deposit requirements.
  3. After a store is closed, opening a store again requires a new application and platform approval.
  4. If multiple stores are found, the platform may close the extra stores and handle them together according to the circumstances.

3. Contact-information ban

  1. You must never disclose your own contact information anywhere, including: store name, bio and avatar; product titles, descriptions and images (including QR codes and watermarks); stock content; automatic and manual delivery content and delivery attachments; tickets, private messages, reviews and replies; articles and any other on-site content.
  2. Contact information includes, but is not limited to, WeChat, QQ, Telegram, WhatsApp, Line, phone numbers, personal email addresses, personal websites, group or channel links, QR codes, and disguised forms such as split characters, homophones, images or code words.
  3. You must also not ask buyers for their contact information or lead buyers to communicate or trade off the platform.
  4. Product accounts, login emails, verification codes and official platform URLs that are needed for delivery are part of the product and may be delivered as described, but they must not include your own contact information. This is not an exception that allows contacting or redirecting buyers.
  5. All communication with buyers must take place through the platform's order after-sales and on-site messages.

4. Products and delivery

  1. Products must be genuinely in stock, lawfully sourced and as described. Selling the same item to more than one buyer is prohibited.
  2. Manual-delivery orders must be delivered within the promised time; if not, the platform may cancel the order and refund it under the rules.
  3. Listings, prices and promotions must follow the Listing Rules, including the fair competition rules.

5. After-sales cooperation

  1. Sellers must handle buyers' after-sales requests promptly within the after-sales period stated on the product.
  2. Products that cannot be logged into, were invalid on delivery or do not match the description must be redelivered, replaced or refunded according to the product's commitment.
  3. In a dispute, sellers must cooperate by providing delivery records and other evidence.

6. Enforcement and appeals

  1. Depending on the violation, the evidence and past records, the platform may issue reminders, remove listings, restrict publishing, suspend orders, hold related income for after-sales, close the store, ban the account, or deduct from the deposit according to the decision to compensate buyers or address the violation.
  2. Disclosing contact information, leading buyers off the platform and operating multiple stores are serious violations, for which the platform may apply heavier measures directly.
  3. If you disagree with a decision, you can request a review through a ticket under Disputes & Appeals.

7. Deposit, holding period and store closure

  1. Order income is subject to a holding period, whose length is shown on the seller settings page. During this period it is frozen; after it ends without disputes, it becomes available for withdrawal.
  2. The deposit cannot be withdrawn separately while the store is operating. If part of it is deducted under a decision, it must be topped up before the related features are restored.
  3. You can apply to close your store in settings. Listings are then taken down and a cooling-off period starts (its length is shown on the closure page), during which you can cancel the closure.
  4. When the cooling-off period ends and there are no unfinished orders, open tickets or income still in the holding period, the store is settled: the deposit and seller balance are returned according to your bound method and the settlement rules — withdrawn through the normal withdrawal process (fees and review) if a payout address is bound, or returned to your wallet balance if not. Any amounts owed are deducted first.

8. Changes to these rules

When the platform changes these rules, the new version is published in the Rules Center and significant changes are announced in advance. Changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders.
