1. Fees and thresholds
Service fee rates, withdrawal fees, minimum withdrawal amounts and the deposit amount are those shown live on the relevant seller center pages. Changes are announced in advance and do not apply retroactively to completed orders.
2. Order income and the holding period
- After an order is completed, its income enters a holding period during which it is frozen; when the period ends without disputes, it becomes available for withdrawal.
- The holding period is a settlement arrangement and is not the same as the buyer's after-sales period. The after-sales period is set by the product page, and sellers must still honour it after the holding period ends.
3. Withdrawals
- Before withdrawing, complete any verification required by the platform and the chosen withdrawal method, and bind a withdrawal method (such as a USDT-TRC20 address).
- Withdrawals are reviewed; the actual arrival time depends on the review and on-chain or channel processing.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily unavailable while there are open tickets or disputes.
4. Funds in dispute
When an order has an after-sales request or dispute, the related income may be held. Once a decision is made, it is refunded to the buyer or settled to the seller accordingly.
5. Deposit
- The deposit guarantees performance: if a seller violates the rules, refuses after-sales support or becomes unreachable, it is used according to the decision to compensate buyers or address the violation.
- Any deducted amount must be topped up; the deposit cannot be withdrawn separately while the store is operating.
6. Settlement on closure
After you apply to close the store, the cooling-off period ends and there are no unfinished orders, open tickets or income in the holding period, the deposit and seller balance are returned according to your bound method and the settlement rules: withdrawn through the withdrawal process if a payout address is bound, or returned to your wallet balance if not. Any amounts owed are deducted first.
7. Tax and compliance
Sellers are responsible for their own tax filings and other compliance obligations arising from their business.
