What kind of account is considered a normal account?

No Limited, no VAC or game bans, no community bans, and no trading restrictions. The items are screened according to these conditions when put on the shelves. They will be checked again after you place the order and before shipping. If the items fail to pass the check, the transaction will not be completed and the payment will be automatically refunded.

How long after payment until I receive the account?

It will be shipped automatically after payment, usually within a few minutes. Account information can be viewed in "My Orders".

What is the difference between having an email address and not having an email address?

Accounts with email come with the email and email password included with the order, useful for changing the password and receiving verification codes; the "native email" is the email used when registering this Steam account. Accounts without email only come with the Steam account and password, and the linked email is not included with the order. You can use the "email" filter to see only those with email.

What does "community market temporarily closed" mean?

Most Steam accounts are like this: if the mobile authenticator was changed recently, or there has been no Steam purchase within a year, Steam will temporarily disable the Community Market. It only means you can't buy or sell items on the Community Market; logging in, playing games, and buying games in the store are all unaffected. Once Steam's conditions are met (for example, the authenticator has been active for 15 full days, or there has been a purchase on Steam within a year), it will be restored automatically. Accounts with a working Community Market are marked "Market available" on the card.

What does "token" mean?

Can I return it after buying it?

Automatic Refund only if delivery fails; no returns or exchanges after the account is sold. Before ordering, please check the game, region and token details on the detail page.
