What you might want to know before buying a Valorant account

Is this the Chinese server or the international server?

All accounts sold here are Riot international server accounts and cannot log in to the Chinese mainland version of VALORANT. Playing on the international server from mainland China usually requires a VPN/accelerator, and choosing the Asia-Pacific server gives the lowest latency.

Can the region/server be changed?

Server region follows the account and generally cannot be changed. Asia-Pacific servers are Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney, etc.; Europe and North America servers have relatively high latency from within the country. Before buying, first use "Pick by Server Region" to choose.

How long after payment until I receive the account?

Instant delivery after payment, usually completed within a few minutes. Before delivery, we first check whether the account can log in; if the check fails, the deal is cancelled and the payment is automatically refunded to your Balance.

What is the difference between having an email address and not having an email address?

Accounts with email come with the email and email password included with the order, useful for login verification codes sent by Riot and for changing the password, so they are recommended as the first choice. Accounts without email only come with the Riot account and password.

Does having a phone number linked have any impact?

The original phone number is linked, so logging in and playing games are unaffected; if you want to switch to your own number, you can log in to the Riot account management page to change it. To save effort, you can use "More conditions" to only view those without a linked phone.

Can I return it after buying it?

Automatic Refund only if delivery fails; no returns or exchanges after the account is sold. Before ordering, please check the region, skins and email details on the detail page.
